ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are recruiting an Administration Assistant here at AVMI to be based from our Head Office in Sunbury.

Working in both the Finance and Purchasing teams you will help with the day to day activities within the department.

This will be a varied Administration position which includes responsibilities such as:

  • Answering the phone
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Speaking with suppliers
  • Reporting

Here at AVMI we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing business.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Finance Analyst is a stand- alone position, although part of a large team, based from our Head Office in Sunbury.

You will be responsible for in-depth analysis on Project and Service contracts profitability and budget performance.
