An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to join a fast growing technology company. The AV Field Service Engineers main responsibility is to provide preventative maintenance and reactive support of audio visual and videoconferencing systems to our corporate clients. Clients are predominately based in the City of London and South East of England, but travel throughout the UK and Europe may be required.
The AV Support Senior Technician’s prime function is to provide AV technical support across all meeting rooms within one of our client’s sites based in the City, assist in the Remote Monitoring Centre to provide remote assistance as necessary as well as provide support to team leader in day-to-day operations and during his absences.
The AV Support Technician’s prime function is to provide AV technical support across all meeting rooms within one of our clients sites based in the City, including remote assistance as necessary. The position involves a high degree of face-to-face client contact, working with executive management and managing directors to provide best in class services across all Audio Visual-related services.
