Here at AVMI we have expanded into Hong Kong, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to be based at our office based in Hong Kong.
The Solutions Architect, within our Streamline Team will be responsible for all aspects of delivering an audio visual solution/project. This will include site survey, technical assistance with design, project and site management, solution commissioning and on-going support both on site and remotely.
AVMI has formed a team to provide AVMI’s “Streamline” range of services. Streamline was created to support customers who have a series or programme of projects (vs. a single project) and want to engage a service provider that can take a consistent and governable approach to the design, delivery and support of all projects, even if they are spread across the world. Typically this will also feature the application of technology standards, “over the network” support and applications for training, utilisation analysis and for asset, warranty, contract and estate management.
Based from New York, the primary purpose of the SME is to provide technical support for the commissioning and ongoing service of systems delivered through the AVMI Streamline suite of services including working closely with the relevant teams to ensure system build, commissioning, installation and service/maintenance is performed to the highest standard.
The Pre-Sales engineer will be part of the design team providing Audio Visual design and draft system for the Sales Team, prior to handover to the Operations Team. The chosen candidate will be working closely with sales team to help provide detailed and accurate scope of works, costs and design, whilst ensuring the appropriate handover procedures are followed. The role will be based at our Head office in Sunbury.

This is a specialist technical role supporting the design and deployment of professional AV Digital Media solutions, principally digital signage, IPTV / VOD and interactive installations. The post-holder will be a source of expertise with respect to the integration of digital media technologies and contribute to the design, build and support stages of the project to ensure delivery to the highest standards.
The main role of the Commissioning Engineer will be to carry out testing of systems designed by AVMI prior to installation at the client’s site, and to complete site testing to ensure system is working at optimum levels in line with clients expectations. This involves working with design CAD Schematics, ensuring systems are installed and working at optimum levels and to client expectations.
