AVMI has a dedicated International Business division offering a unique and structured approach to clients’ global AV strategies. Where required, our specialist team can design an appropriate service architecture and management model on a global or country-by-country basis, for an individual customer’s needs. This can also include taking care of billing and tax issues, logistics, selection of technology and other key issues when globally deploying solutions.

Since we first launched our Global Partner Programme in 2007, we have amassed over 80 partners across 40 countries to deliver worldwide projects and support contracts for our multi-national customers across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas. 

AVMI’s Global Partner Programme is the largest independent partner network in the industry – giving us the breadth and scale to service our clients on a truly global basis. 

Through our Global Partner Programme, we can structure projects and contracts to bring the best value for money to our customers and better cope with peaks and troughs in demand. We can also bring in different product or service specialities where required. 

Today we cover every state in the US and feature multiple partners in most geographies, allowing us to accommodate resource coverage and offer clients an appropriate degree of price competition. STANDARDISED DELIVERY MODEL

That is why in 2016, AVMI launched ‘Streamline’, a new service featuring an online management portal that makes it easier, faster and more cost-effective to design, implement and support standardised meeting spaces – regionally and globally – in a consistent and scalable way.

CREATING A GLOBAL AV STANDARD

AVMI recently teamed up with independent analyst firm Wainhouse Research for its whitepaper, ‘Deploying and Managing a Global AV Environment’, to look at the importance and challenges of implementing global AV standards.

Providing organisations with information and insight into choosing the right AV approach, Wainhouse Research’s study highlights that services which focus on the creation and embracing of standards – such as AVMI’s new Streamline service – will “play an increasingly important role in global AV environments in the future”, categorising AVMI’s process and management systems in this area as “exceptional.”
