The Service department are the team that are committed to providing our clients with the best in class customer service. We are the team that look after our clients’ business critical collaboration spaces and ensure they are kept online to enable engaging and hassle free meeting experiences.

The team is big, so we have people dealing with clients’ from our 24/7 global helpdesk, field engineers travelling to site to fix any hardware failures, as well as managed onsite engineers who are dedicated resource to some of the most high profile international clients.

We cover everything from answering calls, logging incident tickets, remote monitoring, planned maintenance visits and much more. Our skillset covers a broad range of services including event management, video production, video conferencing, and managed digital media services to name just a few. And if that wasn’t enough we also have an amazing team of service delivery managers who are responsible for ensuring the right services are being delivered and our engineers have the right resources available for development.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

Ben joined AVMI’s service desk as a level one Co-ordinator in 2016. Having no previous audio visual or office experience, he has immersed himself in his role and gone from strength to strength. In 2017 Ben was promoted to a level two Co-ordinator where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the best in class customer service.

He is responsible for the day to day management and boarding of some of our most high-profile client support contracts which involves answering calls, logging tickets, sending field engineers to site and providing incident reports. On top of providing exceptional customer service, Ben also mentors and trains our new employees, to ensure they receive the adequate support to comfortably transition into their new role.
