Global VNOC Service

Operating from our three state-of-the-art Network Operations Centres (NOCs) in London, New York and Hong Kong, our dedicated team of service co-ordinators and technical experts specialise in the follow-the-sun global enterprise support. Each team member manages a limited number of clients, ensuring that every incident is handled efficiently and quickly. Our service co-ordinators manage RMAs and spares inventory globally. Our technical experts have a detailed understanding of your IT, UC and AV setups, and will typically have network access to facilitate remote diagnostics and resolutions wherever possible. We also deliver fast and effective management of local engineers dispatched to site.

Engineer to site

Whether our own field engineering teams in the UK, the US and Hong Kong or contracted partner resources in other countries all over the globe, the right engineers are despatched to site whenever necessary by our NOC teams. All these engineers work under the direction of our NOC teams, who will often take remote control of their laptops to diagnose and configure equipment in line with your global standards.

Asset and management information

With assistance from your people and our project teams, the NOC teams gather asset data on your estates in our Enterprise Engagement platform. The platform generates valuable management information about both service performance levels and the performance of different technologies across your estate. Integration with our Enterprise Engagement management platform also enables the generation of numerous other types of management information.
