Streamline is our online tool that underpins AVMI’s Global Enterprise Framework.

Comprised of three powerful, interconnected tools; Streamline has been developed specifically to enable our scalable, consistent, end-to-end approach to the design, delivery and support of enterprise AV technology standards:

  • Standards and catalogue management – Capture technology standards and implementation policies as well as region-specific price books to plan and budget for global rollout programmes. Standards can be made accessible at both a summary level for end users and at a more detailed level for operational and procurement teams, which includes system schematics, build documentation and bills of materials, as well as local engineering and component pricing.
  • Project preparation and delivery – Bring together IT and FM professionals, as well as the relevant third parties, including room architects, contractors and local integrators. From approving (or not) draft-to-final designs to coordinating the various stages of the rollout programme. Streamline ensures all the necessary parties are appropriately engaged in the process and makes data available for future applications.
  • Enterprise system support – Capture and analyse data to with full visibility of service performance and estate management as well as empowering AVMI’s Customer Support Experts, Service Delivery Managers and Service Desk colleagues to resolve the vast majority of incidents remotely through the network.
